The Form IS WORKING. After sent it says there was an error but there was not (unless it states cards were not in my collection).
You will see a timezone error, hopefully that will be fixed soon.

- Please spell out card names COMPLETELY. (ie. do NOT type cardname01/02 - DO type cardname01, cardname02)
